About TAA - Founded in 1995, Telecom Agent Association or "TAA" is a wholly owned subsidiary of Telecom Association, Inc., a privately held California corporation.

TAA's business is to produce, publish & distribute information of value to its complimentary and vendor members, provide a good job for its employees and a proper return for its owners.

Privacy Statement - To access complimentary membership services, TAA complimentary members must subscribe to TAA complimentary membership at the Members Area page. On that page, the only information required to be submitted is the subscriber's email address. All other requested information is optional.  TAA complimentary members may change or delete their complimentary membership subscription at any time at the Members Area page.

TAA NEVER gives TAA complimentary member email addresses to any non-TAA entity including TAA vendor members. All emails sent to TAA complimentary members by TAA to the email address submitted by the TAA complimentary member will be from the email address kb"at"telecomagent.org. TAA vendor members may request & receive the optional information provided by TAA complimentary members.

Terms of Complimentary Membership & Site Use - Complimentary membership services may be changed or cancelled by TAA at any time without notice.  Additionally, TAA reserves the right to modify or suspend individual complimentary memberships at its sole discretion.

Please be advised that unless otherwise noted, absolutely all text, files, documents & hyperlinks on any and all pages of this website are copyright protected and may not be copied, downloaded, linked to or republished in any form without written permission from TAA Editor-at-Large Dan Baldwin.  You are welcome to link to or forward via email any page on this website that has the TAA logo on it but only if done so in its entirety with all TAA hyperlinks and text remaining intact & workable (i.e. you may not forward any website page as a static PDF document if the links become unworkable, etc.)

CAN-SPAM Statement - TAA is fully compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (S. 877) that "requires unsolicited commercial e-mail messages to be labeled and to include opt-out instructions and the sender's physical address. It prohibits the use of deceptive subject lines and false headers in such messages."

All emails sent by TAA to TAA members on behalf of TAA vendors are only sent to TAA members that have proactively opted into TAA lists. TAA includes its physical address on all emails, provides a clear subject line on all emails and provides both a link and phone number email recipients can use to unsubscribe from any TAA list.

TAA has transmitted over 1,000,000 emails since 1/1/2004 without a single registered complaint.
