How TAA Helps End-Users find Professional Telecom Agents
TAA
publishes and advertises many telecom end-user reports on the
Internet. This activity drives end-users to the TAA website.
After reading TAA's end-user reports, many end-users desire to
be referred to a professional telecom agent that can help them
with their telecom services. TAA's agent directory funnels TAA end-users to TAA agents.
Any TAA agent member "in good
standing" (no documented & unresolved complaints) can
be listed in TAA's agent directory. TAA offers a limited
number of complimentary listings in each category for agents
with limited marketing funds.
Please review the agent directory listings
to see how they are sorted and formatted. TAA personally
reviews all agent directory listing requests to confirm that
the agent will be able to offer value to the tend-user.
Voluntary listing fees cover the
administrative costs of this program including the toll free usage
for the 800 number in each agent's listing and the costs of
Internet advertising to drive end-users to TAA's agent
directory.
TAA purposely omits the agent's business
name and direct contact information in an effort to discourage
unauthorized use of TAA's agent directory.
To get listed in the TAA Agent Directory,
complete an Agent Directory Listing Form and submit it as
directed on the form. While it is not required, if you wish to
help TAA offset the cost of your listing, please also complete
and submit an Agent Directory Invoice.
TAA "Yellow Page"
Headings, Sub-Headings & Agent Listings Details
TAA is constantly adding to and refining the
listed categories of the "yellow page headings" in
the agent directory. TAA's goal is to have the categories
refined to the point that when an end-user calls a listed TAA
agent in any category that there is a 50% or better chance
that the agent will be able to and want to help the customer.
Towards that end, if you think that an
additional category needs to be added or one needs to be
split, simply make your request on the agent directory listing
form.
Currently, each agent
listings consist of the following:
1. Agent's Name
2. Toll free number (supplied & paid for
by TAA) that rings at the agent's business line or cell phone.
The agent's TAA supplied toll free number will stay the same
regardless of the number of TAA listings the agent has.
3. A descriptive audio recording. The agent
should have a different recording for each listing. The
recording should be a brief "audio commercial"
soliciting the listener to call the agent for details about
the agent's expertise. The only requirement of
the audio is that it can not contain your business name or
direct contact information.
To record your audio commercial call 1-800-609-9006 x8777 and
follow the automated instructions. Once your recordings are
complete please call Dan Baldwin at 206-203-6115 x2 so he can
add them to your listing.
