Lightstream Communications Looks to RPM for Back-Office Software
(Calgary, AB) September 30, 2005. RPM Software announced today that Lightstream Communications has entered into an agreement to use its channel management solution.
Based in South Jordan, Utah, Lightstream is a master agent for Qwest Communications, AT&T, MCI, Sprint, Global Crossing, XO Communications, New Edge Networks, and Electric Lightwave; with additional relationships with Verizon, SBC, and Bell South.
Lightstream provides pre- and post- sales design, engineering, implementation, project management, and troubleshooting support for carrier services and voice and data systems. Lightstream will utilize RPM’s robust commission’s module to manage payments, both from service providers and to sub-agents. RPM’s process management framework will be used to support the full sales lifecycle, including Lightstream’s detailed project management of service provisioning and implementation.
