The information below represents a non-exhaustive list of FCC and state regulatory assessment and reporting requirements coming due November 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005, including the quarterly FCC Form 499Q due November 1, 2005.  The filing deadlines are generally applicable to telecommunications service providers, including switched and switchless resellers as well as prepaid providers.  If your company holds an FCC 214 authorization or provides intrastate toll service in any one of the states listed below, chances are that one or more of the requirements covered in this Alert may apply to your company.  Interest on late payments and/or other penalties, including loss of state certification, may apply if filings or payments are not submitted on time.

FCC

FCC Form 499Q - Due November 1, 2005.

Alabama

Inspection and Supervision Fees Report - Due November 1, 2005.

Alaska

Annual Report - Due no later than December 31, 2005.

Annual RCC Report - Due within 30 days of filing the Annual Report.

Hawaii

Semi-Annual Public Utility Fee - Due no later than December 31.

Idaho

Regulatory Fees - Due by December 31, 2005.

North Carolina

Regulatory Fee- Due November 15, 2005.
