The information below represents a non-exhaustive list of FCC and state regulatory assessment and reporting requirements coming due February 1, 2006 through February 28, 2006.  The filing deadlines are generally applicable to interexchange or long distance telecommunications service providers, including switched and switchless resellers as well as prepaid providers.  If your company holds an FCC 214 authorization or provides intrastate toll service in any one of the states listed below, chances are that one or more of the requirements covered in this Alert may apply to your company.  Interest on late payments and/or other penalties, including loss of state certification, may apply if filings or payments are not submitted on time.

FCC Form 499-Q - Due February 1. 

Alabama
Inspection and Supervision Fees Report - Due February 1.

Michigan
Annual On-Line Registration - Must be completed no later than February 28.

North Carolina
Utilities Commission Regulatory Fee - Due February 15.

Virginia
Annual Report - Due February 28.
