New Softphone dialer available with extra features

The Quickdialer is ready for download at http://www.callture.com/softphone. At the same time, Callture-Telcan is providing private-label versions for wholesale customers with their own URL and logo.

One of the key features of the dialer is the ability for the user to enter their calling card PIN. The same PIN used for call thru or callback.

The Softphone Quickdialer is also able to present the customer with the account balance, call details and latest prices.

Pinstatus.com site is ready for access

We have a new site www.pinstatus.com ready for online PIN management. Wholesale clients only need to provide this site to their end users to access essential info such as current balance, rates, call trigger, Softphone download, FAQs and Contact information.

If you like your contact info to appear in the Contact Us page, please go to your Profile from your online management account and complete the Customer Service text boxes.

This site can also be accessed from the Quickdialer softphone.

New Callshop application as additional revenue stream

Callture-Telcan has introduced a new Callshop Turnkey Solution to Internet Cafés and Callshop owners around the world. Wholesale clients can sell or deploy their own private-label Callshop packages with voip gateways, calling card PINs and Softphone dialers.

Callshop owners don't need to install any Callshop software since it is accessed online through a secure web site. If they operate an Internet café, they only need to download a Softphone dialer for each PC terminal and plug in a headset. The other alternative is to install a multi-port FXS voip gateway for every Callshop location. The number of ports depends on the number of booths you have enabled.

The user-friendly interface allows operators to activate, monitor and invoice all cabins with just a few clicks. The operators can either assign a booth to a user or assign a PIN and the user will choose any vacant booth, depending on their existing business practices.

Once a call session is completed, users receive a detailed invoice in their currency and time zone, reflecting the summary of calls, charges, taxes and discounts.

Callshop owners can run real time sales reports for each of their callshops, reflecting revenue, cost, profit, minutes, per booth and per Callshop.

The Callshop solution is a profitable revenue stream for wholesale clients who are already deploying other telephony solutions such as calling cards, pc2phone, voip service and callback

Callture-Telcan launches new Universal PIN e-commerce site

Callture-Telcan launches a new retail site to offer consumers a simple phone card that can be used from virtually anywhere in the world, under any telephone environments. The site is located at www.callture.com/universalpin.

Using the same calling card PIN, the user can make calls using web callback from a PC, SMS callback from their wireless and caller ID callback from any phone with caller ID option. At the same time, the PIN can be used as a regular dial-in calling card from a number of countries for which Callture-Telcan has international toll free service (ITFS). New local access numbers from Europe are currently being installed. Similarly, the calling card can be used to make VoIP calls from any PC by downloading the softphone dialer from www.callture.com/softphone.

The Universal PIN e-commerce site is also being offered as private-label to wholesale clients and service providers though Callture-Telcan's winning calling card turn-key platform (www.callture.com/turnkey).
