Dear Valued UCN Sales
Partner:
As
UCN contemplates the unprecedented disaster brought by Hurricane Katrina
to our friends along the Gulf Coast, we are looking to you, our
partners, to support us in offering UCN contact center services to
qualified non-profit organizations that are currently or would like to
become involved in fund raising or relief efforts. Together, we can help
make a difference!
As
many of you know, UCN offers “inContact”; a network-based contact center
solution distributed throughout our national network. Through it, your
non-profit organizations can create or expand their current Call Center
operations by adding:
- NETWORK
CAPACITY ON DEMAND
- Contacts are
initiated and queued at the network level, which gives them added
capacity without additional T-1 costs.
-
AUTOMATIC CONTACT DISTRIBUTOR (ACD) - if they publish 800
numbers, e-mail or fax numbers, we can support them in routing their
callers or contacts to their staff, temporaries or volunteers
-
INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE (IVR) - for overflow purposes we
can help them quickly automate a self service information, donation or
response line.
-
DATABASE INTEGRATION - for automated and efficiency purposes,
if they have any data in an ODBC data base we can push or pull that
data
-
OUTBOUND DIALING - if they need to quickly communicate a
pre-recorded message to a large group of people – such as potential
donors or coordinate information to a set of volunteers – we can
create a database driven outbound dialing campaign to lay down
messages to thousands per hour with options to transfer respondents
back to the ACD
- REMOTE
or HOME-BASED STAFF - if they have access to staff,
temporaries or volunteers we can route calls to any US-based, 10-digit
number (central office, remote office, home, cell phone, etc.)
If you are working
with qualified non-profit organizations involved in the relief effort
that could benefit from these contact center solutions, please contact
your regional Business Development Manager, or Tom Milligan, VP of
inContact Support (tom.milligan@ucn.net
or 866-920-2886) or me (kevin.childs@ucn.net
or 866-561-0000) to request UCN participation.
Partner quoted
long distance rates will be the only charges passed back to the
non-profit. All other technologies listed will be donated for up to 90
days. We have allocated one DS3 (672 application ports) and unlimited
agent licenses for this effort.
Sincerely,
Kevin L. Childs
President
