HTML Templates
These first five templates are the ones that go with TAA's
vendor quick start plan. The vendor simply provides the
logo and works with TAA to replace the generic text.

- TAA Introduction This email alert is sent under
TAA's logo and has the TAA review of the vendor's program and
the "Top 10" Lists.

- Vendor Promo The most powerful email alerts have
a strong subject line about your current promotion.

- Vendor Quality This email highlights why your
service is best, what single attribute - other than price -
attracts agents & end-users to your service.

- Telecom Talk Radio Show This email announces that
your recorded audio interview is available to be listened to.

- Case Study This is where you profile an agent or
end-user that has used your service to their benefit.
Once these first five email alerts have been sent, the
cycle is basically repeated monthly or quarterly.
Other Templates
The following templates are designed for the exclusive use
of TAA vendors. It is recommended that you change the art work
to something with your "own look". Please feel free
to work the the graphic designer TAA uses, Jennifer Shortell
of RedBugg

- Email Alert Busy This has a lot to look at but
can be used for a single subject blast.

- Monthly Summary This template could summarize all
your news for a month.
C
- Email Alert Simple This can be used as a
single-subject email alert. The look is clean but
professional.
Your Own Template
Design your own template from scratch or by buying a web
template off the Internet and then stripping it down to one
page. Email templates from scratch will run you from $100 to
$500.
